Gilbert Scott - Refurbishment of Levels 2 & 3

Project Overview:
The project aimed to refurbish the existing facility in order to develop a more usable and flexible space for staff and postgraduate students within the ASBS space within the Gilbert Scott Building at Levels 2 & 3.
The works undertaken:
- New furniture throughout both floors, supplied and installed bespoke furniture designed and manufactured by the contractor.
- IT provision throughout of screens and docking stations as the supply and upgrading of AV equipment within Meeting Room 307M.
- Repainting of walls and light refresh on existing columns and frames.
- Replacement of existing carpets.
- Repurpose existing kitchen into office spaces.
- Removal and installation of partitions to form proposed office spaces.
- Ceilings tiles to be aligned to existing upon addition of partitions.
- Replacement and supply and install of lighting, small power, and floor boxes.
- Replacement and supply and install of data and Wi-Fi points.
- Supply and install electric heating panels.
- Minor ventilation upgrades.
- The application of manifestation throughout to match the design used within the new ASBS facility.
